• NCFC is the recipient of $7.5M in funding for a 30-unit low income residence located in North Central. This residence will include a ground floor that will be an amenity for the residents and serve as a hub for the community. It will be a model for NCFC future ventures. Construction begins August 2023 and occupancy is slated for November of 2024.
• NCFC will embark on a capital campaign to raise funds for the new residence. Outreach, employment programs, and additional services and programs will take place in this residence.
