NCFC is looking for interested community members to join their Board of Directors and Committees.

Many opportunities exist for individuals interested in contributing in a different way. By joining the Board of Directors or a Committee, you will be involved in leading NCFC to achieve its mission, want to learn more about NCFC click here for an Org Overview. As a Board Member your time and expertise will be devoted to taking on the challenges of setting agency direction in fundraising, public relations, advocacy, quality assurance and strategic planning. As a Committee Member your skills and expertise will be involved in supporting the ongoing work to ensure NCFC can achieve its goals.

NCFC Board Description

The affairs of North Central Family Centre (NCFC) are overseen by a Board of Directors. The Board is the highest governing body of NCFC and is responsible for ensuring the organization fulfills its mission, upholds its values, and operates with sound governance and financial integrity.

The Board delegates day-to-day operational responsibilities to the Executive Director, while retaining overall responsibility for governance, policy, and strategic direction. For more information read the Board Mandate here

NCFC committee members are to follow all organizational policies and should have a strong understanding of its purpose and governance of NCFC. Committee members are valued contributors to NCFC’s mission and goals. See Committee Descriptions here
